Women 5.0 represents a paradigm shift where women are notjust participants but key drivers of innovation, sustainability, andleadership across sectors. The role of women in shaping thefuture of economies, societies, and governance structures ismore crucial than ever. Women across the world have steered resistances and movements for gender and social justice, and challenged the underlying, and often normalized, biases and discriminations inherent in dominant institutions and discourses. As we step into an era of rapid digital transformation,climate action, and evolving workplace dynamics, the need to examine gender equality through a forward-thinking, multi-dimensional and intersectional lens becomes imperative. This conference aims to explore how women are navigating and reshaping the evolving socio-economic landscape while identifying barriers that still hinder their full potential.Key global shifts such as the post-pandemic recovery,advancements in artificial intelligence, gendered impacts of climate change, and persistent structural inequalities necessitate a critical discourse on inclusive policies, digital literacy, equitable workforce participation, and leadership opportunities for women. The conference will serve as a platform to analyze these pressing issues, fosterinterdisciplinary discussions, and propose actionable pathways toward a gender-inclusive future. Submission Guidelines

All the submissions received as per the format given, will bedouble-blind reviewed. All the papers must contain anabstract of maximum 500 words, which should include:Purpose of the research, Methodology, Major results,Implications, and Key references. However, for practice papers, authors may include business context, analytical problems, proposed solutions & insights. The authors shouldclearly indicate the sub-theme under which they want theirpaper to be considered.

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITY

Selected full length papers will be considered for publication in the regular/ special issues of the Journals(Scopus, UGC-Care indexed) and a Book (with ISBN No.).Structured abstracts of the papers selected for presentation will be published in the conference proceedings. Journal details will be updated on the conference website.
