2026 9th International Conference on Robotics, Control and Automation Engineering (RCAE 2026) will take place in Baoding, China during October 23-25, 2026. The conference is sponsored by North China Electric Power University. Researchers, engineers, practitioners, and students from industry, universities, and government agencies are invited to present their latest work and discuss research and applications for robotics, control, and automation engineering cooperation. Technical sessions, poster sessions, and technical visits will be organized.

Submission Guidelines

1. All papers must be written in English and submitted electronically in PDF format.

2. Content of any submissions should be original and must not be submitted for consideration in any other conferences or journals.

3. To ensure high quality, all papers will be thoroughly reviewed by the International Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance, significance, and clarity.

4. All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors who must register for the conference and pay the fee.
